Bianco Salento IGT
Produced from a blend of Chardonnay and Verdeca grapes, vinified separately depending on the different times of ripening. The blending is followed by the bottling in February.
A well structured wine with a strong character, with an intense pale yellow colour and green tints, powerful and fruity bouquet, soft and pervasive flavour.
